  • I spent five years experimenting with 12 different lifestyles while writing about them and traveling the world (related reading: The Spin-Off Project)
  • I nowadays post my work only on platforms I own
  • I try not to spend any time on social media, which, if any, amounts to an hour a week
  • I don’t watch TV except for a movie every few months or so
  • I don’t read the news except for an occasional Twitter binge
  • I prevented a surgery by going hardcore keto and doing three 5-day water-only fasts (related reading: Everything I Know About Fasting and Going Keto)
  • I’m nowadays all in with an animal-based diet with some raw honey and occasional seasonal fruits (Recommended reading: The Carnivore Code)
